The Wellington Elementary Chief’s fourth grade class celebrated the 33rd annual tin can cookout on Monday morning. This tradition is a favorite among many students at the school and is looked forward to at the beginning of each school year.
According to school representatives, as usual there was an abundance of food, a large number of messes and a plethora of full bellies.
“Most of all, there were lots of smiles,” the school shared.
Parents and other family members were also invited to enjoy this fun event. A video montage of the morning’s events can also be viewed by clicking here.
