April 29, 1970 – October 7, 2014

Loving father, husband, brother and uncle, left us on October 7th as he was surrounded by his wife DeeAnna, his family and loved ones.

We all loved him deeply and will miss hearing his laugh and seeing his caring eyes and gentle smiling face. He was a kind man of integrity and compassion who would always put others well before himself. Because of the giant size of his heart, he would never make a promise that he couldn’t keep. He would do anything he could to make someone smile, laugh, or just feel comfortable. He always loved the outdoors anything from fishing to hunting or simply taking a drive to the mountains.

Abel was born April 29, 1970 to Danny Salazar and Alice Ramirez Salazar the youngest of 6 siblings: Tim (Sharon), Judy, Sherlynn, Benedita (Richard), Danny (Christy), in (Rose Park) Salt Lake City. In later years, he would migrate his family to Price, Utah where he found a more peace filled life. He was the proud father of 3 fine young sons (Joey, Andrew and Austin) and his sunshine, daughter Shalece. He loved and lived to watch his children play sports and loved the company of everyone involved. We know that he will be greeted with open arms by both his parents, sister Sherlynn, his son Joey, nephew Tony and many other aunts and uncles and family who passed before.

On Saturday, October 11th, there will be a mass held at 10:00 am at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 5 South Main Street, Helper City, Utah. A luncheon will follow.
