Authorities were dispatched to a vehicle rollover on HWY 10 Thursday evening.
A silver Chevrolet four door sedan had been traveling southbound on HWY 10 near mile marker 65, when the male driver went off the road. The driverВ initiallyВ traveled off the west side of the road, overcorrected, and swerved to the opposite side of the road overcorrecting again. The vehicle rolled onto the west the side of road, coming to rest 500 feet from traffic on its side.
The driver was transported to Castleview Hospital, though it is not yet know the extent of his injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. The Carbon County Sheriff’s Department, Price City Fire Department, and Utah Highway Patrol were present on the scene.
