Mrs. Milburn’s fifth grade class at Bruin Point Elementary received a hands-on lesson about archaeology last week.

University of Utah Archaeologist Corinne Springer took time with students to teach how the scientific method is used when excavating archaeological sites using ordered pairs to document artifacts. She also brought some artifacts for students to view before they were taught how to make their own zoo-morph animal.
