The Carbon 9U, 10U and 11U Blue teams were deemed champions on their home fields during last week’s Cal Ripken Southern Utah All-Star Tournament hosted in Carbon County.
The championship for the 10U team came after notching wins against Richfield, Emery, Vernal and South Sevier. The 11U team finished in similar fashion following wins against Roosevelt, Manti and Vernal. The 9U squad had to beat undefeated Beaver twice to take the 9U crown.
