The Carbon Dinos football team traveled to Grantsville for a face-off on Friday. The last time Carbon and Grantsville met up, the Dinos left in defeat. Once again, Grantsville secured a win against CHS with a 47-23 win, beginning the game with 27 first-half points.
Countering with 10 points, Carbon left the score 27-10 going into the half. Facing the second half, Granstville diligently added to the total with 6-1, lowering Carbon to 1-6. Next up, the Carbon High football team looks to welcome Morgan on Friday evening.
Kick-off is slated, as always, for 7 p.m.
