Symbii Home Care and Hospice is a staple in the local community, providing home care and hospice services to patients and families throughout Castle Country. Symbii believes that the best home care is created and revolves around strong relationships.
Melissa Nelson, RN WCC and Director of Nursing at Symbii, stated that they are dedicated to providing the best all-around experience for each person that is involved, which is one of the many reasons that they strive to provide additional services for the community.
“We love our local area and the people we get to serve,” Nelson stated.
Each month, there is a number of free services that are provided for the community. Blood pressure/glucose screening clinics are hosted at the Price, East Carbon, Huntington, Castle Dale and Ferron senior centers. There are also music and exercise classes deemed Shake it With Symbii that take place twice monthly at Beehive Homes in Price and Elmo and once per month at the Heirloom Inn.
Another service provided through Symbii is the Toenail Clinics that are hosted at the Price, Huntington, Castle Dale and Ferron senior centers. These 14 clinics and classes are offered by the Symbii family completely free of charge each month.
