Cleveland Town recently announced its honored citizens for 2017: Marvin and Colleen Jensen.
“Marvin and Colleen Jensen have been happily married for 61 years and have lived in Cleveland for 58 of those years,” Cleveland Town shared. “They have three children, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.”
In 1960, Marvin started his own business, Jensen Masonry, where he completed brickwork throughout Utah with a focus in Emery and Carbon counties. He retired in 2005.
“Marvin and Colleen love living in Cleveland with their family and friends surrounding them,” Cleveland Town shared.
“They make Cleveland Town a better place to live. Cleveland Town would like to thank them for their commitment to their community and thank them for being this year’s honored citizens.”
The Jensens will be honored as part of Cleveland Days, which is slated for July 20-22. A complete schedule for the celebration can be viewed below.
