The inaugural Warrior Days parade took place on Price’s Main Street on the afternoon of July 4. Many community members gathered along the street to watch the patriotic display. A contest was hosted by those running the parade and the final results are in.

The winner of Chairman’s Choice is the National Guard and US Army UTNG 1457th Engineer Battalion 116th Engineer Company. The Most Patriotic award went to the Castle Country OHV Association, which is a coalition of individuals with a vested interested in the community as well as the environment. The association also performs trail work as well as maintenance to assist in keeping our public lands clean and accessible.

The last award, Most Creative, was given to Wee Playcare. The business boasts about providing safe, fun and reliable child care for a number of hours in order for parents to run their much-needed errands around town. Bounce house parties are also available for scheduling.
