October’s drawing for the Cougar Pride incentive program at Canyon View Junior High, which is awarded monthly, was given to top academic and citizenship students Bailey Wagoner and Braiden Ivie.
Ivie received a karaoke machine while Wagoner was awarded a digital portable DVD player with remote. These prizes are made possible by donations from several sponsors: Castle Country Pediatric Dentistry, Savage, Staker Parson, Superior Security Services LLC, King Koal Theatres, Utah Power Credit Union, Little Caesar’s Pizza Castleview Hospital, Evan Stilson Family Dentistry, BK’s Stop-n-Shop, Ty’s Cabinets and Maverik.
Bryant Hansen from Savage was on hand to help with the weekly and monthly drawings. Principal Jensen gave out the awards with an audience composed of the entire student body.
