While the highly-enjoyed Culture Connection event usually draws to an end as the summer season fades, this year an exception was made. Culture Connection Extended, presented by Price City and Excellence in the Community, will bring more musical events to the community than ever before.
This began with Hayley Kirkland & Company B on Friday evening in the Price Civic Auditorium. Kirkland was joined by two more vocal artists that worked together to harmonize on many classic and well-known jazz numbers. A wide range of song choice from different periods and genres were transformed by Kirkland and company.
The musicians were also some of the finest to come out of Utah. Culture Connection Extended will continue in November when The Beatles cover band Strawberry Fields pays a visit.
