United Way of Eastern Utah is partnering with several local dance companies to raise money to put new soles on the souls of the needy youth of Carbon and Emery counties. The dance benefit will take place on March 22 at 1 p.m. at the Price Civic Auditorium.
The Soles to Souls shoe program has been in operation in the area for well over a year. All schools in the two county area may contact United Way of Eastern Utah to get a pair of new shoes for any child in need.
Castle Country Stars, Dance Technica, Linda Johnstun’s Dance Studio, Encore Dance, Carbon High cheerleaders, Mont Harmon cheer team and Helper Flare cheer team will all have performers at the event.
Tickets can be purchased from any of these groups or at United Way. The cost $5 in advance and $6 at the door.
