Under the direction of Nicole Bennett, Kyrie Gardner, Brielle Bogdin and Missy Labrum, the Dino Dynamics drill team of Carbon High School shined triumphantly at the Mustang Classic Drill competition that took place on December 3.
The competition was hosted at Herriman High School. The Dino Dynamics group had routines that placed first in dance and kick, second in pom and third in military. Gracie Steele walked away with a trophy for her solo routine while several other dancers also competed solo against 3A and 4A schools. The dancers also earned first place in their officer’s dance.
The team left the competition as the overall champion of 3A schools.
