Looking to enter 3A North play with a win under their belts, the Carbon Dinos were sent home with a 41-21 loss on Friday night, dropping to 0-4 on the season in the process.
Collin Lewis scored two touchdown in the game, both in the fourth quarter, to lead the Dinos. Carbon’s first score came just before the first quarter ended as Noah Jones found Jaylon Dennis from seven yards out to take the 7-6 lead.
Ogden scored the next 21 points to break the game open.
Carbon (0-4, 0-0 3A North) will begin 3A North action this Friday with a matchup at Union (1-3, 0-0 3A North) in Roosevelt. The game will be broadcast live on ETV Channel 10 at 7 p.m.
