The Green Team of Price and country music group Due West put on a benefit concert at the Price Theater at City Hall on Tuesday.

The concert helped raise money for more recycling trailers in Price and helped celebrate Price City’s 100th birthday.

Due West members said they love doing benefit shows and helping different organizations raise money. After the group performed its “tip jar” song, group members handed the money over to The Green Team.

Matt Lopez of Due West said, “The Green Team was definitely worthy of the tip jar being passed around.”

Brad Hull said the group would love to come back to Price, “hopefully in less than a year, Price has a great crowd.”

Patty Jensen performed “Home Sweet Home” as a promotion for April as National Domestic Violence Awareness month.

Due West members are Brad Hull of Arizona, Tim Gates of Richfield, Utah and Matt Lopez of Wyoming. The three met in Nashville seven years ago.
