The USU Eastern Eagles traveled to Logan over the weekend to compete in the USU Logan Rodeo.
Morgan Jensen once again took a first place finish in barrel racing while Talon Tommie Crane took third in breakaway roping. These finishes were good for second overall in point for the women’s competition. For the men, Casey Thomas led the way with his fifth place finish in team roping.
In the Rocky Mountain College Rodeo standings, Jensen’s impressive runs put her at the top of the leader board for barrel racing.
Next up for the Eagles will be a two-day competition on Friday and Saturday at Utah Valley University
