Emery traveled to Price Thursday to take on the Carbon Dinos for a junior varsity football match up.
Emery came out and scored early on its opening drive. Carbon answered by scoring on a long passing play to tie up the game.
The Spartans then came alive and took a 30-point lead into the locker room at half. Emery didn’t slow down in the second, scoring early.
The Dinos scored early in the fourth. Emery’s Cameron Petersen ran back the kickoff and scored Emery’s last touchdown of the night, leaving Emery on top at 54-14.
