Food for Thought: Kids Love to Dunk

We know that everything tastes better when you get to customize it, so we provide the students with mayo, ketchup, mustard, ranch, BBQ and, just the middle and secondary schools, with hot sauces. We are open to suggestions if students would like to let us know what else they enjoy!

We choose heart healthy, low sodium and low fat condiments. To meet USDA guidelines, we make sure to account for the calories in the condiments and they are portion controlled. The goal is to help kids enjoy nutritious foods with flavors they love but to also in reasonable amounts.
