Ascension St. Matthew’s hosted their annual Pancake Supper Tuesday evening. The event celebrates Shrove Tuesday, also known as Pancake Day which begins the lent season.
Volunteers cooked up pancakes, ham and eggs for hungry visitors while USU Eastern basketball players and church members waited tables.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to local charities and residents in need throughout the year.
