Jerry Lloyd Owen age 47, St. George, UT
Jerry passed away Tuesday September 25th, 2018. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah September 23rd, 1971 to Donald R. Owen and Josie Irene (Brinkman). He grew up in Huntington and attended Emery High School.
Jerry was a Boom Truck Operator and enjoyed spending his time relaxing at home, at the lake, or riding his motorcycle. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and would use any excuse to go for a ride. He was a devoted member of the Jehovah’s Witness faith and was baptized in his adult life. Jerry loved many things, but never more than he loved his daughters.
Jerry is survived by his wife, his daughters, Maranda (Tyler) Nelson and Jordyn Owen St. George, UT, mother, Josie Irene Halliday, Price, UT, siblings, Joseph (Cynthia) Owen, Roy, UT, Earlene (Keven) Mason, Huntington, UT, Peggy Owen, Holtville, CA, Christine (Nick) Manning, Orangeville, UT, Gary Owen, Auburn, WA, and Don Michael (Karina) Owen, Los Angeles, CA and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Don R. Owen, stepfather Reed Halliday, brother Warren R. Owen and niece Brianne Mason Simmons.
The family would like to thank friends and countless others who have reached out to offer support and love.
