The second game of preseason play saw the Lady Dinos finish in a tie against South Sevier on Tuesday.
Carbon got off to a strong start in the first half, scoring two goals to the Rams’ single connection with the net. The tables turned in the second half as the Rams dominated with two goals, leaving Carbon with only one, ending the game at a 3-3 tie.
Ivonne Vega led the Dinos with two goals while Elly Cowdell also put one in for the team.
Carbon will finish its three-game road stint on Thursday against Gunnison. The team will then host its first game of the season against the Emery Spartans on Aug. 27. Kickoff is slated for 4 p.m.
