Positive Pathways was recently awarded the 2018-19 Primary Care Grant from the State of Utah. By receiving this grant, Positive Pathways will be able to allow Utah residents without health insurance or those who are under-insured to receive mental health treatment free of charge.

Income qualifications must be met in order to qualify and some paperwork is required to meet eligibility requirements. Services include monthly medication appointments, meetings with Sabrina Carpenter, APRN, and bi-monthly therapy sessions with Greg Cowan, LCSW.

If you are a resident of Carbon or Emery County and would like to take advantage of the health services that are provided by Positive Pathways, contact their office at (435) 299-5003. Positive Pathways can also be found on Facebook.
