Loose horses romped through Price City streets on Thursday morning, surprising many commuters.
Multiple horses could be seen running along Carbon Avenue, weaving through morning traffic. Crews responded to the scene in an attempt to wrangle the equine duo.
According to the Price City Police Department, the horses did cause some damage during their romp, running into a vehicle that had stopped while they passed. In preliminary reports, it is estimated that $1,200-1,500 worth of damage occurred to the vehicle.
The horses escaped their enclosure in south Price, but it has not been released how.
