Besides scoring early in the first half, the Emery Spartans couldn’t hold up against the Manti Templars and ended up handing the visiting team the 3-1 victory during Friday’s region tilt.
While Emery kept Manti from scoring in the first, the Templars came back strong in the second to find the net a total of three times and take the victory.
Emery will next face off against North Sevier on Thursday at home.
