Notre Dame Donates to Local Organizations After Oktoberfest

Notre Dame sponsored and held the annual Oktoberfest Fundraiser on September 23rd and 24th for the community and the church. The fundraiser was successful and Notre Dame is proud to share the proceeds of the 2016 Oktoberfest event with the community. On Friday, October 21, 2016, Father Rafael Murillo provided several community donations.

Donations were made to the following community, civic and charitable groups and efforts:

  • Safe Kids Car Seats Program at the Southeast Utah District Health Department;
  • United Way of Eastern Utah Angel Tree Support;
  • Carbon History Fair;
  • Castleview Hospital Kids Pillowcases and Project Heart Help RX;
  • Price City Police Department DARE Program;
  • Utah State University Eastern SUN Center Volunteers;
  • Breast Cancer Awareness and Support Group;
  • Active Re-Entry Perkie Travel Program.

Notre Dame thanks everyone in the community that helped with the Oktoberfest event and those that supported the event throughout the weekend.
