After losing to Bryce Valley 9-5 on Friday, the Pinnacle Panthers faced defending champion Valley on Wednesday in Orderville.
Pinnacle was upended in the game 9-0.
Jaxson Carlisle went four innings of work, allowing one earned run on three hits. The took the loss despite the strong outing. Mcguire Kocks, Shayden Christensen and Mikey Vigil had the only hits in the game for the Panthers.
Pinnacle (8-7, 2-4 1A South) will host Panguitch (7-5, 3-3 1A South) on Friday.
