Community members had the opportunity to pie well-known public figures from Carbon County on Wednesday.
Carbon County Senior Center Director Debby Kobe, Carbon County Sheriff Jeff Wood, Frank Ori, Price City Mayor Joe Piccolo and Carbon County Commissioner Casey Hopes were all pied during the event. In order to have the opportunity to participate in the event, individuals could buy a ticket in hopes to be drawn to pie their desired individual. For a guaranteed opportunity, a total of $20 could be donated.
A grand total of $830 was raised from the event. All the money will go towards the Carbon County Senior Center located on Fairgrounds Road.
