We find ourselves embroiled in a drought with minimal rain, meager snow pack and a reservoir that is not abundantly full. This is not unlike the severe drought of 1992. We made it through that dry spell by conserving water, slowing the flow and using water wisely. We have a great deal of faith in the people of Price City and the Price River Valley with their capacity and determination to weather through this season.
We made it through the drought of 1992, we can do it again in 2015! Just slow the flow.
