Professional Title Services was announced as the business of the month by the Emery County Business Chamber during a luncheon on Wednesday.
The business was founded by Clay Holbrook in April 1980 and is now owned by Daine and Stephanie Behling. Erik Houghton, Kristi Green, Annie Houghton and Jamie Brinkerhoff round out the Profession Title Services team. Stephanie was on hand at the luncheon to accept the honor and speak about the business and its offerings.
“We appreciate earning this title of business of the month,” Stephanie said. “That means a lot to us.”
Professional Title Services has been serving Carbon and Emery County for nearly 40 years. The business offers service for title insurance, residential and commercial closing, refinancing and foreclosures.
“We enjoy doing this,” Stephanie said. “It’s something that a lot of people don’t understand so it is kind of an educational and learning opportunity for pretty much everybody that comes through our doors. So, we hope that we can be an asset to the community and to everyone that comes in contact with us to help them with a process that people don’t do every day.”
