Throughout the summer, ending on July 26, the Price City Library has teamed up with Active Re-Entry to once again bring the PAWS program to the youth of the area. Service dogs are brought to the newly renovated kids area in the basement of the library and children are able to come and spend time with the dogs, reading books of their choice to them.

Children that participate in this program are also given a free PAWS t-shirt. Craft time is available in the upper part of the library once each child has had the opportunity to have one-on-one time with one of the dogs in attendance. This event will cap with a farewell party on August 9.

PAWS is a free program provided to the community and occurs each Wednesday afternoon beginning at 1:30 p.m.
