Registration Now Open for Emery County Community Theater Summer Program

Emery County Community Theater’s (ECCT) upcoming summer workshop and optional production is for children ages eight to 14 and will be hosted at Cottonwood Elementary in Orangeville. The workshop itself will be held on June 28 and 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. There will be a free lunch held in the cafeteria at 12 p.m. both days, should your children wish to stay for that. On Friday, June 29, there will be an audition at 1 p.m. for any children interested in trying out for the production.

The cost of registration for the workshop is $30 for the first and second child and $25 for each child after that, per immediate family. Checks may be made out to Emery County Community Theater. Onsite registration will be available the morning of Monday, June 28 at 8 a.m. However, to guarantee a shirt, we need applications and payment in by June 15. Also, onsite registration will be $35 per child.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for students dismissed from the program due to illness or disciplinary reasons, or for students that choose to leave the program early.

For children who audition and are given a role in the production, they will be need to be available the following dates:
Rehearsals will be held on multiple weekdays between July 1 and July 21. Most will be held during the day, but there will also be a few early evening rehearsals. A calendar will be provided at auditions with rehearsal and production dates.

Production: July 21 during Orangeville Days.
Parts will be announced on the evening of July 1.

***PLEASE NOTE*** While auditions are open to any child ages eight to 14, preference will be given to those who attend the workshop.
