RFP for Outside Light Installation

Emery County School District is now accepting PROPOSALS FOR INSTALLATION of Outside Lighting in three schools. Mandatory pre-bid walk through is required. District walk thru will be held on Tuesday May 8, 2018, beginning at 9 a.m. at Emery High School Auditorium (Castle Dale, Utah); then go to Book Cliff Elementary (Green River, Utah); then Green River High (Green River, Utah). Installer must Field Verify All Requirements, Locations, Product code, and Product supplies.

Bid opening will be Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 9 a.m. at the School Board Office in Huntington.

Proposal(s) may be mailed, delivered, or faxed to Kerry Lake. Proposals must be received on or before May 15, 2018 at 8 a.m. Emery School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals or to waive any informality or technicality in any submittal in the interest of the School District. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal if determined to be in the best interest of the School District.
