In addition to travelers from from across the country, you could also find a wide array of locals at Miller’s Travel Center in Wellington on Tuesday afternoon. This crowd ranged from local politicians to members of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce as the community gathered for the travel center’s official ribbon cutting.

Located on Wellington’s Main Street, Utah’s newest branch of Miller’s joins a group of more than ten across the state owned by the family bearing the same name.

Wellington’s location boasts the expected convenience store products, such as ice-cold drinks, snacks for the road and restroom facilities, but also houses other travel amenities. These bonuses come in the form of two restaurants, Subway and Mama DeLuca’s, along with in-store seating, showers, laundry services, fax/copy machines and more.

The center is also known as a popular stop for traveling trucks with its special truck parking as well as a special section of the Miller’s designated for truck parts, oil and other necessities.

Miller’s Travel Center can be found at 2195 East Main Street in Wellington. For more information, interested parties can call (435) 636-0380 or visit www.millerstravelcenters.com.
