Lyndsey Madrigal (Corner Infielder) and Gianna Bruno (Catcher) were identified as top performers in their age groups and chosen as “Direct Selects” based on having some of the highest overall scores from the Glendale, AZ tryout.  Stevie Oman (Outfielder), Brooke Moosman (Pitcher), Kennedy Williams (Corner Infielder), and Reese Ardohain (Outfielder) were also selected to the roster(s).  The players competed against over 140 other girls from Nevada, Utah, AZ, & So. California for spots on the team.

USSSA and USA Elite Select sponsors the Futures All American Program (which includes the Futures All American Tryouts and the Futures All American Games). The country is divided into eight regions, and the top 26 players (13 girls on each team, two teams in each age group) are selected to represent their respective region based upon their performance at the tryouts. The tryouts are used to identify the top level fast pitch players in the age group of 9U-14U. All participants are evaluated on hitting, throwing, fielding and/or pitching and catching as well as athleticism testing. Players who are selected to their regional teams then compete against the other regional teams in the 3rd Annual Futures All American Games.
