The Spartan Swim team edged the Carbon Dinos in Castle Dale on December 6th by a score of 266 to 260.
The Emery girls won 137-133, and the boys won 129-127.
Top point scorers for the Emery girls included Hailee Rogers grabbing first place in the 200 IM and 100 Freestyle, Jessica Guymon capturing first in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke, Laryssa Guymon winning the 100 Butterfly and Tanner Petersen winning the 100 Breaststroke.
The Girls 200 Medley Relay made up of Peterson, Jessica Guymon, Laryssa Guymon and Rogers also brought home a first-place finish.
Top point scorers for the Emery boys included Eli Oliverson winning the 100 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke, and Weston Allinson taking the 200 IM.
Emery’s boys also scored well in the relay events.
