Emery traveled to Juab to take on the Wasps for the first round of the playoffs on Wednesday. Juab immediately took a commanding lead in this one as they scored 37 unanswered points.
Emery’s Kyson Stilson found Rance Jensen for a touchdown midway through the 2nd quarter to put the Spartans on the board. Then in the 3rd, Jeremy Brannon hauled in a 37-yard touchdown from Stilson and the Spartan converted on the two-point try. Those were the last points Emery would score as Juab cruised to a 54-14 victory ending the Spartans season.
