The Emery High Spartan football team improved to 1-1 in the 2A North region with a convincing 33-14 victory at North Sevier on Friday.
Jesse Winn scored three straight touchdowns as Emery rattled off 33 points in a row to pull into third place in the 2A North.
David Dyer opened the Spartan scoring barrage with a 1-yard touchdown run. Spencer Labrum threw his second touchdown pass of the night when he hooked up with Dominic Rondinelli for a 60-yard score.
Emery hosts American Leader Academy on Friday at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on ETV Channel 10.
