Terri passed away peacefully November 5, 2017, surrounded by her family at the age of 63. Terri was born on March 26, 1954 to Gene Carlson and Janis Grange. Terri married Ron Bird on January 31, 1974 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Terri graduated from Carbon High School and LDS Business College. She worked for the Presiding Bishopric and KSL Radio. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and enjoyed serving others. Terri enjoyed making hats and blankets which she donated to charity. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Terri is survived by her parents, Gene and Janis Carlson, her husband Ron, her daughters, Jennifer Wilding, Jory Taylor (Brett), Ashley, her son Ryan (Heather), seven grandchildren, and her siblings, Carryl Tatton (John), Garth Carlson (Clovis), and Jana Gunderson (Kent).
Funeral services will be held Saturday November 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Granite Ridge Ward, 9575 S. 3100 E., Sandy, Utah 84092. Visitations will be held from 7-9 Friday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah 84047, and from 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Interment, Granite Cemetery.
