The Emery Spartans made it three straight wins against rival Carbon Tuesday night with a convincing 74-56 win in Price.

The Dinos came out hot in the first quarter and used a 13-4 run to end the quarter with a 17-14 lead.

Emery responded, though, with huge quarters in the second and third in which the Spartans outscored the Dinos 41-22 to take a 55-29 lead into the fourth quarter. It was the first time this season that Emery scored at least 20 points in consecutive quarters.
