Huntington Youth Baseball hosted members of the community at a fund raising spaghetti dinner at Miller’s Landing Monday evening. Mike Justice, the Huntington baseball commissioner, stated that they have hopes of being able to improve the ballpark by the Huntington Elementary by adding batting cages.
Young men ages five to 13, both major and minor leagues, play at this park. Baseball seems to be waning a little in the county and they have hopes of once again raising the numbers of boys playing by improving facilities.
