USU Eastern to Host Fan Appreciation Night and Master Plan Open House

Utah State University Eastern is hosting an open house Thursday to unveil work it has been doing on its master plan as part of Fan Appreciation Night..

The public is invtied to the campus from 4-7 p.m. in the Bunnell-Dmitrich Athletic Center to see the work that is being done on the master plan and to provide input in the process.

The master plan will be used to establish the framework for future development of the Price campus. The plan will outline the plans for the future of the campus and will serve as a guide for shaping and reinforcing the attributes and mission of the college.

“We encourage everyone to come and take an active part of the master planning process,” said Greg Dart, USU Eastern spokesman. “Setting the vision for the campus is an exciting undertaking.”

The open house is being held in conjunction with the annual Fan Appreciation Night. The USU Eastern men’s and women’s basketball teams will be in action at 5:30 (women) and 7:30 p.m. (men) against Snow College. Not only is admission free, but there will be free food, prizes, information from college programs and a chance to win a new car.
